Twelve moderately hot takes on players currently on the New York Jets roster. Register your complaints here...

– Robby Anderson is not going to jail and will play between 13-15 games for the New York Jets next year. A huge batch of people who are demanding he is cut will be cheering louder than anybody this October when he catches a 60 yard touchdown against Miami.

– James Carpenter and Brian Winters are going to struggle in Rick Dennison’s zone blocking scheme. The Jets are going to be more aggressive than most expect at adding depth and/or potentially upgrading the guard position this offseason.

–  Nobody from the 2017 draft class outside of Jamal Adams, Marcus Maye and to a lesser extent Eli McGuire will have a major role on the 2018 team.

– Brandon Shell and Kelvin Beachum will both start at least 14 games at tackle next season and be slightly above average in their respective roles.

– Bryce Petty and Christian Hackenberg will combine to start zero more games in the NFL throughout the rest of their careers.

– Leonard Williams will have the best year of his career in 2018 and receive a large contract extension after the season.

– Buster Skrine will be on the 2018 team and play at least 600 snaps at cornerback.

-Juston Burris, Lorenzo Mauldin and Dylan Donahue will not be on the opening day roster in 2018.

– Quincy Enunwa will have over 700 yards receiving next season, at least 4 touchdowns and over 50 receptions.

– Nobody who returned a kick or punt for the Jets in 2017 will return a kick or a punt for them in 2018.

– The Jets leading rusher in 2018 is not currently on the roster.

– Marcus Maye will have at least 4 interceptions in 2018.
