Joe Caporoso with week 9 NFL picks…

Detroit (+6.5) vs. Minnesota – The Vikings will have an adjustment period without Norv Turner and still have a terrible offensive line and a slowly becoming shell shocked Sam Bradford. They may win but 6.5 feels high.

Philadelphia (+2.5) vs. Giants – The Eagles have flat out been a better team than the Giants this season and their front should give the Giants headaches all day.

Dallas (-7.5) vs. Cleveland – I just watched the Jets score 31 on Cleveland. How many is Dallas going to score?

Kansas City (-9.5) vs. Jacksonville – Blake Bortles on the road. Blake Bortles on the road.

Pittsburgh (+2.5) vs. Baltimore – Big Ben is a physical freak and the Ravens are quietly one of the worst teams in the NFL.

Jets (+3.5) vs. Miami – A stay away game but that extra half points gives it to the Jets.

Carolina (-3.5) vs. Los Angeles – Don’t let the records fool you.

New Orleans (-3.5) vs. San Francisco – How could you pick San Francisco for anything right now?

Green Bay (-7.5) vs. Indy – Little high for comfort. A stay away game at this number.

Tennessee (+5.5) vs. San Diego – Too many points for an inconsistent Chargers team.

Denver (-0.5) vs. Oakland – Penalties and sloppy play will cost Oakland in this one.

Seattle (-6.5) vs. Buffalo – Percy Harvin isn’t the answer.

Parlay

  • Dallas (-6.5), Carolina (2.5) – Buy the point.

Teaser

  • Dallas (-1.5), Jets (+9.5), GB (-1)
