New York Jets Mock Draft – Post Super Bowl Edition

Dalbin Osorio with his first mock for the 2018 NFL Draft, outlining all of the New York Jets selections…

This morning, Matt Miller dropped his seven round mock draft and it opened up the floodgates to takes and takes and even more takes. It seemed like the appropriate time to draft my full seven round New York Jets mock draft, but as a counter to Miller’s work. This is how I would draft if the board broke the way Miller has it is breaking. Miller also completed his draft assuming the Jets land Kirk Cousins. I will do the same.

New York Jets – Three Skill Position Free Agents To Target

Michael Nania with three skill position free agents the New York Jets should purse in free agency…

Skill positions are not where Mike Maccagnan needs to be looking first to invest premium free agency dollars. There are plenty of more important holes elsewhere, and the Jets’ RB and WR positions are arguably two of the most stable positions on a roster that is anything but. At both positions, they have a combination of intriguing young potential and steady veteran production.

NFL Best Bets Against the Spread – Super Bowl 52 Edition

Jake Benaquisto with his best bets for the Super Bowl…

The Offseason Needed To End The Jets’ Playoff Drought – Part 1

Ben Blessington with part 1 of his offseason that will end the New York Jets playoff drought

After a somewhat promising 2017 season, the New York Jets will look to build on their positives in 2018. Despite starting a 39 year old QB, with holes all over the roster, the Jets suprisingly hung around in the playoff hunt until December. In a weak AFC, it’s not out of the realm of possibility that the Jets could be playing January football next year. Especially since GM Mike Maccagnan will likely have over 100 million dollars in cap space and 8 draft selections, including 3 premium picks (thank you Seattle), Maccagnan has a terrific opportunity to completely turn around the franchise and make a serious playoff run in 2018. Here is part 1 of a step by step analysis on what I think the Jets need to do over the next few months to make that dream a reality, and end the Jets 7 year playoff drought.

New York Jets – Five Youthful Free Agents To Target

Jared Wolff on five younger free agents the New York Jets should target this offseason

The New York Jets are going to be making upgrades in free agency this offseason. After a few cuts, the team will have upwards of $100 million to spend. General Manager Mike Maccagnan has three straight years of no postseason appearances under his belt and will not be afraid to spend. However, if the team is going to spend they should be focusing on younger players.  (more…)

Jeremy Bates – Santo De Casa Faz Milagre?

Arthur Irwin of Jets Brazil with an article in Portuguese on New York Jets OC Jeremy Bates

Turn On The Jets loves our international fans so we want to present occasional content in their respective language. The below article comes from Arthur Irwin who is an Administrator of Jets Brazil. The below article is in Portuguese and focuses on Jeremy Bates.
