Joe Caporoso with initial reaction to the New York Jets 23-20 overtime win over the Jacksonville Jaguars
The New York Jets are now 2-0 at home. The New York Jets have won two games in a row. The New York Jets have the same record as the New England Patriots, in October. Today at MetLife Stadium, they were able to outlast the Jacksonville Jaguars in a sloppy, back and forth game that nearly ended in a tie. On the backs of their running game and a surging young defense, the Jets have the looks of a team who will be substantially more competitive than many projected.
Greg Armstrong with a positional breakdown of Jets vs Jaguars

Week 3 Recap: After an awful week 2, I went 4-1 on my picks and my record for the season now stands at 8-7. My only loss came from the Packers, who won but couldn’t cover the big spread. This week, I’m taking mostly home teams as I try to pull off my second winning week in a row. If you are looking to take part in any of the action, check out Best USA Friendly Sportsbooks right here!

But while his high level of play is encouraging in the short term, is it in the best interest for the franchise as a whole?
Mike Nash with three up and three down for the New York Jets week 3 win
After struggling the first two weeks of the season, the Jets dominated the Miami Dolphins in the team’s home opener, winning by the score of 20-6. This week, it was not easy to come up with three players who deserve to be on the “down” list.
