New York Jets Sad Truth – It Is Not Just Adam Gase’s Fault

Dylan Price on the New York Jets ownership problem…

Yes, Adam Gase is one of the worst, if not the worst coach in the league. Still, even though most of the poor play of the Jets early has been on Gase’s shoulders, and rightfully so, not all of it should be.

New York Jets 1st & 10: Painful Season Opening Loss in Buffalo

Stephen Russo goes 1st and 10 on the New York Jets week one loss to the Buffalo Bills…

1st…

Allow me to preface everything I will write from here with this: it is just one game. I will not look to fill the air (or the page) with excuses, because we really don’t care, we just want results. However, the facts are the facts. This was a season opener after the strangest offseason in history with a completely new offensive line and basically a new receiving corps against a very good opponent. So, I will not be hitting the panic button just yet… but damnit I am close.

Initial Reaction – Why Would You Think Anything Changed? Bills Crush Jets To Open Season

Joe Caporoso with initial reaction to the New York Jets

The New York Jets decided continuity was important for quarterback Sam Darnold heading into year three, at least when it came to coaching. Head Coach Adam Gase was brought back as the de facto Offensive Coordinator, Dowell Loggains was brought back as the Offensive Coordinator but as the de facto Quarterbacks Coach, a position the Jets left officially vacant again. New York Jets – The 2020 Season Preview & 30 Pack Of Predictions

Joe Caporoso with a season preview for the 2020 New York Jets and a 30 pack of predictions for the team…

Somehow, someway the NFL is back. In what is likely to be one of the most unique seasons in league history, the New York Jets will continue their quest to snap a mind numbing playoff drought, which is on pace to hit a full decade post 2020. Expectations are not any higher than they were last season due mostly to an unpopular, consistently mediocre Head Coach and a roster that appears in many spots to be in transition. Can the Jets exceed expectations or will 2020 just be another brick in the endless rebuild?
