With Chris Ivory signed to Jacksonville, the Jets quickly sought to remodel the position by spreading the funds available. In addition to bringing in Matt Forte and re-signing Bilal Powell, Khiry Robinson was also signed from the New Orleans Saints, following a 2015 season which was ended early by injury. New York Jets UK Chronicles – Snacks Rolls On

After the first few days of free agency, rosters across the league are starting to reshape. The Jets are no exception, despite there still being mountains to climb. Amidst all the chaos of day one, with money being thrown around left, right and center, the New York Giants spent big to revitalise their defense which was ranked worst in the league last year. One of their moves flew slightly under the radar as they also grabbed three players ranked in the top ten free agents by NFL.com. However, their signing of Damon ‘Snacks’ Harrison on a 5 year $46 million contract, marks the end of an era for the Jets as another key player and personality leaves the locker room.
