1st Half

Things started off a little shaky. After the Jets defense was able to force a punt on the Broncos first drive, the Jets took over at their own 17. Then an occurrence more rare than a solar eclipse…

Right?!

The Broncos capitalized on the turnover on touchdown pass from Case Keenum to Courtland Sutton.

Jets got the ball back and actually put together a good drive with a nice balanced attack. They drove down to the Denver 12 yard line and then things kinda fell apart…

Jets fans were rightfully feeling this game was headed in the wrong direction. However, after a defensive stand and a punt. It only took the Jets offense one play to change the game.

After the Jets offense tied it up, the defense got right back to work. Leonard Williams must’ve been reading tweets midweek because he left no room for criticism this week.

On the subsequent Jets drive…whewwwwwwww

Broncos got the ball back but the Jets defense wasn’t done punking them…

That is…terrifying.

The Jets punted on the following drive and then the Broncos finally got the Jets defense to bend a bit, as they added a field goal to make it 14-10. The Jets offense got the ball back and started down the field themselves. Then…

Crazy how similar our fanbases are…

The Jets finished the half up 21-10 after their impressive offensive explosion.

2nd Half

The Jets got the ball to start the second half and immediately drove down to the Bronco’s 35, looking to put the game to bed early. But then…

After the turnover, the Broncos looked to try to regain momentum but the Jets defense was having none of it. Leonard Williams flexed again to force a punt.

The Jets got the ball back and added a field goal to go up 24-10. Both teams traded punts and then the Jets defense stopped the Broncos again to force another punt. This time, Andre Roberts got in on the action.

The Jets added a field goal after the long return to make a 27-10. On the next Broncos drive, the defense forced a turnover on downs. Then the Jets offense drove down the field and put the icing on the cake.

Exactly, Mike…

The Jets eventually wrapped up their second win of the season and finally brought some good vibes to #JetsTwitter after a few weeks of misery. Let’s see if they can finally stack multiple wins with the Colts in town next week.
