Far superior team? Did I see different games than you did?

To be honest: The only thing beating the Jets at the moment: The Jets!

Ah, the bye week. Yes it is probably a good time to get away from the game awhile. One thing to think about over the next 13 days without your team is the way your coaching staff in going to respond to the disappointment of losing ground in the division and AFC. Old Rexy looks a little confused over there and he should stop pumping his fist and start coaching! The scheme was OK and most improved from the last time they played the Fish but it is still a rookie QB they played against, who didn't turn it over as I recall. With that said better teams are ahead with better QB's meaning that they may have to play from behind which could be a problem. But, as I said enjoy the week off but please stay out of the woods and especially out of the water, could get you sick. And if you get caught peaking into somebodys window, you could be sharing a cell with Bray-man once his trial is complete and we don't want that to happen, we need the blog!

LOLOLOL sweep and those idiot jets still talk trash. I guess it must be something in the water that makes you all cry all the time.

Bart Scott can feel however he wants; as long as he knows The Dolphins are the far superior team.

Not as much of a heartbreaker as was the buffalo game. Miami played tough football, but save for the obvious events, the Jets would have had this.

Parcells: "you are what your record says you are"

unknown: "you're never as bad as you look when you lose, or as good as you think when you win"

I will be looking out for the rest of your predictions, Joe -

truth be told, at the beginning of the season, I was praying for a 4-4 or 5-3 at the break, and hoping our guys, especially Jenks, would be healthy. I never envisioned losing our biggest playmaker or Jenks, but then I also thought, if we lost Jenkins to injury, that our line would collapse like last year.

Thankfully that hasn't been the case; Pouha has improved significantly, has more confidence and no longer gets pushed back like before. Douglas proves his worth again. Green held his ground. Pitoitua was in there too, and played with a chip on his shoulder. Ellis (my MAN!!!) had a monster game, and all the LB's played very well, the TD over Thomas notwithstanding.

I think this defensive unit can get better, and that's a tribute to the coaches.

I think the team can have a winning record, but would love to see 10-6 - but I don't think they're going to the show this year. The Chargers, Ravens, Steelers, Bengals are in the hunt, playing well and with better records than the Jets.

The team is exciting to watch, and they've got fire in the belly, so there will be improvement.

Keep up the great work, Joe - season's got a few surprises yet for us to celebrate (or drown in beer..) with...
