Angel,

I could Gholston absolutely playing some D-Line in Ryan's scheme, which should play to his strenghts. I think you will see alot of different players moving around often on the defense this season. DeVito has showed potential but only as a role player, he is going to see a big increase in playing time this year.

I am not as worried about the LB depth, as I am about the DL depth. I think Trusnick, Murrell, and Westerman will be quality backups.

Joe, like the case you make for the Jets D.

I'd like to know if Rex Ryan will even try to check out Vernon as a DE. I have a feeling he would do very well and would eventually bulk up to fit the position even better. I have higher expectations than most people about Mike Devito. When I see him on the field, most of the time he's gotten good penetration and he works hard.

I'm most concerned with depth [for the whole team but mostly for the defense]. I think we have very good depth in the secondary and that's about it. You know someone will be hurt this year... I just hope it's not on the LB, DL, or WR positions.
