I wouldn’t panic too much over 1 missed tackle. Nobody said Scott is going to be Ray Lewis in his prime but it was much smarter to get the younger Scott, than Lewis to anchor the Jets new defense. I wouldn’t worry about Rex making too many political statements this year.

Miami did have a good off-season and I think White and Turner will especially help them on offense but I just don’t see them as a 11 win team again. Obviously, a sweep was a hopeful prediction but a split would be fine.

1. Admit it: Government owned industry, 11% unemployment, billions of dollars in aid to Hamas, and a world spinning out of control is scary.

I’ll be shocked if the Jets sweep the Dolphins but, from your lips to God’s ears. Rex beat up the Dolphins pretty good so I’d expect a similar performance.

On the other hand, I see big [and disturbingly underrated] improvement on the Fins side so I’m expecting a split.

If the Jets get swept, I can’t even describe the anger and frustration…

Just saw a replay of Ravens loss to the Steelers and watched big mouth Bart have 2 hands on a runner and whiffed. Lewis would have brought him down. Big talk, no tackle. We got the wrong Raven.

Speaking of the unconscious Feely and discovering that Rex is a Republican with a big mouth like Bart makes me think we’re in for a rocky ride.
